Monday the 18th will see the opening night of the Settimana della Cucina hosting institutional speeches and the presentation of 2019’s project. During the evening it will be organised a degustation of delicacies prepared by FIC-Australia (Federazione Italiana Cuochi – Delegazione Australia) who will describe Italy through an eno-gastronomic regional journey. The event will also be platform to award the Ospitalita’ Italiana certifications 2019 to participating restaurants.
